When a complaint is received

A ticket number is issued and shared with you.

Expected first response within the same day "when issued during working hours."

Expected resolution time (1-4) working days.

Team will contact you though phone number and email registered in the Platform.

A survey is going to be shared with you after the closure of the complaint/ inquiry "Please let us know if you are happy with our team".

If you believe that your complaint was not handled appropriately, you may reopen the same ticket. The ticket will be automatically escalated to the relevant team; you will be contacted within one business day, and the complaint will be resolved within four business days -based on the complain type-.

If you feel that you have not received sufficient support from the Tameed team, you may file a complaint with the SAMA Care here
